Enrollment

  • Enrollment and Back to School Forms are now open for the 2024-2025 school year.  Please use the link below to enroll your child for the first time at Mississinawa Valley Schools.  If your child is already enrolled at Mississinawa Valley Schools please use the link below to complete the back to school forms.  The new school year begins at Mississinawa Valley on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.

  • Open enrollment forms are now availabe for the 2025-2026 school year. Please print the form below. Fill the form out and return to the Superintendents Office for review. If you have any questions please contact the Superintendents office at 937-968-5656.

  • Preschool Enrollment for the 2025-2026 School Year

    Preschool Class- Children who are 3-4 years old by August 1, 2025. Students will attend on Tuesdays and Thursdays in our new preschool classrooms located in the Elementary.

    PreKindergarten Class- Children who are 4-5 years old by August 1, 2025. Students will attend on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday in our new preschool classrooms located in the Elementary. Inquire about bussing for PreKindergarten students.

    New Students to our Preschool and PreKindergarten :

    Please bring the students birth certificate and immunization records, family income verification and $20 for the registration fee. Please go to the link below and fill out all the forms. If you already have students enrolled at MV you will need to login with your Final Forms email. If this is your child’s first year at MV and you do not have any children currently attending MV, you will need to set up your Final Forms account using a current email address.

    Returning Students:

    An updated family income verification is needed to enroll. Please go to the link below and fill out all the necessary forms in Final Forms. Please make sure to login with your Final Forms email.

  • Kindergarten Enrollment for the 2025-2026 School Year

    Kindergarten is open to children who are 5 years old by August 1, 2025. The child must either live in the Mississinawa Valley School District or reside in another Darke County School District and apply for open enrollment. We Can not accept Union City, Indiana residents.

    Students will attend all day Monday through Friday.

    Students who attended preschool at Mississinawa Valley:

    Please bring 2 proofs of residency and fill out a transportation form. Also fill out all the necessary forms on Final Forms. Please login with your Final Forms email.

    Students who are new to Mississinawa Valley:

    Please bring the child’s birth certificate and immunization records and two proofs of residency. You will also need to fill out a transportation form. Please login to Final Forms to complete all the necessary forms. Please use your Final Forms email if you have other children attending Mississinawa Valley. If this is the child’s first year at Mississinawa Valley and no other children in the home are currently attending you will need to set up your Final Forms account using a current email address.
